About the Opportunity:
VALERE is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our client. This role plays a critical part in generating qualified pipeline by identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and advancing leads into early-stage opportunities. The SDR partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to support new business growth and revenue goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build consistent weekly pipeline to support revenue targets

  • Research, identify, and segment target accounts within private practices, physician groups, clinics, and ASCs

  • Create outreach lists using CRM and prospecting tools

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate meetings

  • Follow up on inbound interest from marketing campaigns, conferences, and events

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and qualify prospects

  • Set high-quality meetings for Account Executives with clear context and next steps

  • Document all activity, notes, and qualification details in the CRM

  • Support proposal preparation, data collection, and event follow-up

  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and follow-through

  • Share market insights with Product and leadership teams

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role preferred

  • Experience with outbound sales, SaaS, healthcare, or revenue cycle environments a plus

  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • CRM experience preferred (HubSpot or similar)

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven mindset

Your specific rate will depend on your qualifications, education, certifications, location, and how well your experience aligns with the client's requirements.
