Her matches are thoughtful and long-lasting to keep companies, careers and the community growing and prospering. Building on her initial experience as a Business Analyst, Deb moved from a Sales role to a Sales Manager and a Branch Director within the Technology Services Industry. She's been managing people for 20+ years at some of Minnesota's largest Technology Service providers. She is one of the founding partners and owners of VALERE.

Q: What's your dream vacation?
A: Snorkeling along a reef, zip lining over a forest, hiking thru the rainforest, seeing animals I have never seen before! And throw in some nice digs to sleep in and I am good!

Q: Any hidden talents?
A: I love to garden! In my down time you can find me in the dirt.
