VALERE Consulting and Recruiting is proactively seeking Product Managers.  These are hybrid positions in Minneapolis, MN.  These teams are responsible for driving the vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap, and execution for assigned digital products.

• Mentor and guide other Product Managers.
• Leverage market and customer feedback to drive feature development.
• Monitor and manage product schedules, scopes, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage product risks, including regulatory, security, and operational concerns.

• Bachelor's Degrees in business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, or technology.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience, including at least 3 years with digital products.
• Experience managing complex products or portfolios of multiple products.
• Proficiency in agile product methodologies.
• Ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on user-centered design and decision-making.

Pay Rate: Rate determined based on contract or full time employee opportunity, depending on qualifications, education, relevant work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
